What’s Good about Scouts?

Come and join 1st Pinhoe Scouts. We do lots of fun activities.

Like archery. Archery is a fun sport. In Cubs we have a leader board, we shoot in dozens and sometimes we shoot balloons.

In the summer we cubs like to go to the woods like Dane’s wood and Ashclyst. We play wide games and we build shelters and some times we follow trails.

We also do badges, like Emergency aid. There are some things you have to learn like rescue breathing and help someone who is choking.

Some badges you can do at home like home help. You have do some things like cook a simple one course meal and keep your bedroom tidy.

We also go camping. We do lots of fun things on camp like making fires. We also do orienteering.
